Admissions Process
[Note: The information below is meant to give you a general idea of the admission process. For complete information, please consult the current admissions packet available from the GMS office.] Each year, we hold two Open House events where families can explore the school facility, view student work, and talk with students, teachers, and board members. For the academic year 2011-2012, the Open Houses will be held on October 22, 2011 from 10:00am - Noon and January 22, 2012 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Alternatively, call or email Elaine Doyle-Gillespie for a personal tour. The deadline for submitting completed application materials and fees, and school records is January 27, 2012. Financial aid applications are due February 15, 2012. Once you have submitted all application materials, application fees, and school records, we will contact you to schedule a day for the following:
The application process continues until full enrollment is reached. However, applications received prior to the specified January deadline will have priority consideration. Admissions notifications will be made by February 24, 2011 and signed contracts and registration fees are due back about three weeks later. Should your child be placed on a waiting list, we will notify you if an appropriate opening becomes available. |
