The GreenMount School’s ECHOES (Enriching Co-curriculum Holistic Opportunities to Extend the School day) program extends the day after class, but it also extends the philosophy into a varied program of enrichment.

ECHOES (Aftercare)

ECHOES is a multi-age after-school care program. They offer students time to finish homework as well as an outdoor activity, free time, and a snack. Each Friday includes a special project/experiment. We use the gym and its stage, the playground, and the natural playground.

ECHOES operates Monday–Thursday from 3:30–6:00 p.m. and on Friday from 12:30–6:00 p.m. The program also operates on parent-teacher conference days (noon–6:00 p.m.).

Clubs and Activities 

Parent and community volunteers lead after-school enrichment activities (for example, Game Club, Spanish Club, Chess Club, and Engineering Club). Enrichment-activity fees vary  based on the activity and materials involved.

ECHOES Payment Plan

Coverage plans are based on the number of days each week that your child(ren) will be attending ECHOES. If your child(ren) will be picked up before 3:15 PM on Fridays, it qualifies as a standard day of coverage. If your child(ren) requires coverage after 3:15 PM on Fridays, this will be considered an extended day of coverage. In those cases, please include the number of days “+ Friday” or “Friday Only.” Below are the annual rates for the plans.
